Goods - must be returned to us in as new condition, that means in the original packaging, unworn and must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. To enable us to process your return efficiently please email info@nolimitssportscompany.co.uk to obtain a Returns Number which must be marked clearly on the outside of your returned product. Can you also please ensure that all returns are sent back via Recorded delivery as No Limits Adrenaline Sports Company cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive back. This allows us to process you return quickly. Items returned to us without a returns number on the outside of the parcel will regrettably be refused. Please write a note telling us what you would like us to do either an exchange or refund. While we ask you to cover the postage of the item back to us we shall reciprocate by sending your replacement/s back post free. Any goods that are deemed faulty and you do not require a replacement then a full refund of the product and postage will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit and debit cards are refunded electronically to your Credit/Debit card account. Paypal is refunded to you Paypal account.
There are times when items become temporarily 'Out Of Stock'.If you order an 'Out Of Stock' product, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Your credit card will not be debited until we dispatch the product.

We will aim to deliver to you within 5 working days from the date your order was placed. We will send all products via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery which will require a signature upon delivery. Please see below for the cost’s of delivery.
